Local AI Workspace

Marnie AI Workspace

The local AI workspace with built-in tools. Run deep research, scrape websites, interact with local files, and trigger webhooks with zero extra microservices required.

Overview

What is Marnie?

Marnie is a self-hosted AI workspace that runs entirely on your machine. It pairs a local LLM (currently Ollama) with a suite of built-in tools - no third-party SaaS subscriptions, no extra microservices.

The agent can search the web, scrape pages, read and write local files, execute shell and JavaScript snippets, manage tasks, schedule recurring jobs, send Discord alerts, and maintain persistent memory across sessions.

Reports from Deep Research runs are saved as standalone shareable Markdown documents. The Expanded Capacity system lets you upload reference files into a local SQLite knowledge base that the agent can query on demand.
